A selection of the projects we currently have in progress or have completed.

Horse Trucks & Floats

From the smaller tow behind horse floats to large 7 horse transporter type trucks.

Some of our projects include:

• All manner of smaller horse trailers

Horse trucks and floats come in all shapes and sizes, the owners requirements are even more varied for these vehicles. We work with truck builders early in the project to help with positioning of structural members, wall positions, window positioning, roof linings etc etc. So when it comes to doing the fit-out all the problems of how to get to an end result in the most cost effect manner are all over come early in the project, rather than trying to overcome the problems later.

One small example of this is positioning a window to close to a structural frame can turn a simple internal window frame covering into a very complicated piece of joinery, and not aesthetically pleasing.

Buses

From small 4×4 type motor homes to larger bus motor homes included.

• Bedford buses

We are often asked to rip out old interiors and modernise or actually re-fit to an era that suites the vehicle. Recently doing that to a 1966 Bedford bus, after making a few samples for the owners to make sure we are all on the same page, we then can move forward confidently knowing the end result is to the requirements of the owners.

We also design around section sizes of timber, sheet sizes of plywood etc. Reducing waste and cost. Samples are made after consultation and regard to a budget. Owners requirements are foremost on our minds. As you can see from the photos the requirements are varied. Addressing engineers specifications for seating etc can be very challenging and confusing for our clients, we work with automotive engineers to over come the most demanding of requirements.

Boats

All types and sizes of boats.

It is worth pointing out again here the importance of contacting us early in the building process  of your vessel. With all the detail needed in the fitting out process, positioning of bulk heads, portholes, bearers, gussets, stringers, frames, deck fittings and many many more structural issues can be addressed early on to save so much expense and heart ache during the already time consuming part of fitting out a boat.

We have designed and built all manner of marine joinery to the most exacting standards.  Our contracts include full, partial fit-outs and refits of some of the finest quality interiors seen today.  The respect we have gained from boat builders & owners reflects in our impressive list of luxury yachts, cruisers and super yachts we have had the pleasure of being involved with.
